Hey, I'm Jamar Powell a designer currently based in Toronto, ON. For the past decade, I've worked as a freelancer in audio while sustaining a day job. While working in the arts I've gained a strong and passionate appreciation for the tools, software and mental frameworks that I and other creatives have used. So now, I'm seeking opportunities to leverage my creative abilities, and experience in the realm of digital design. I'm passionate about using design to build meaningful and positive experiences for others in the domain of digital or otherwise.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I dedicate my free time to hanging out with my partner, reading a lot of non-fiction literature, and struggling with the nuances of the German language.
